Also helps depression and anxiety, treats headaches and migraines (when sprayed onto the neck area).

Tip: DO NOT use on your legs after shaving.

STORE IN A COOL DRY AREA

Yes, magnesium sprays can sometimes leave a white residue on the skin after application. This residue is usually due to the magnesium chloride or other magnesium compounds in the spray.

Important Question:
Magnesium is responsible for 600 metabolic processes in the body, and so we designed this unique formulation (which combines Magnesium Sulphate and Chloride), to be of a very high potency – 70%. For some who are magnesium deficient, they will notice a white residue on the skin, and a slight tingling sensation. This indicates your physical mineral deficiency, which with prolongrd use, will become less over time.

So, residue is due to:
1. The two magnesium concentrations: Higher concentrations of magnesium can increase the likelihood of residue.
2. Skin type: Some skin types may be more prone to showing residue.
3. Application method: Spraying too much product or not massaging it in thoroughly can contribute to residue.

What to do?
1. *Massage it in*: Gently massage the spray into your skin until its fully absorbed, or simply leave it to absorb on its own. Or, you could just sprinkle some additional water or olive oil on your skin and just massage it in.
3. *Don’t Shower or rinse it off*: If the residue is noticeable, you can shower or rinse the area , if you in a hurry, but this is counter-productive.

If you experience any skin irritation or discomfort, discontinue use.
